My experience with Annette's bridal was great. I was a little nervous as this was my first experience trying on bridal dresses but Emily made the experience so fun. My friends and I had a great time and I found my dress on my first appointment! We even got to meet Annette herself! All around lovely experience. I would definitely recommend!

Rita, was honestly amazing! I had my family in town from Florida and randomly showed up to see if I could have any luck with just a walk in & thankfully there was Rita! She was sweet, accommodating, patient and everything you would want on this special day. Thank you guys so much for your help and you really have an amazing service with Rita and beautiful dresses!

I made an appointment with Annette’s bridal yesterday, two days before my wedding..I expected that it would be incredibly hard to find a dress such late notice but didn’t expect the outcome.

When arriving to Annette’s bridal we were greeted and informed that shows weren’t allowed (fair enough), I was given the option to take a bit of a break to cool down as it was incredibly hot on Thursday and dress fitting would only make it hotter, or to start right away. I gave myself that time to cool down and then we started with the dress fitting.

My experience was overall amazing, the two girls who were working with me were absolutely astounding, I am very insecure and conscious about my body and both of them made me feel comfortable and a bit more confident then when I felt when I first came in.

While I was getting fitted for dresses, the one girl helping me reassured me that she wasn’t judging me. It was a very peaceful appointment, both the girls helping continuously commented on how good I looked and that I’d make a beautiful bride. I asked for water too and was brought water when I needed it.

I believe I went through 4 dresses before I found the one dress, it was absolutely stunning and I said yes immediately. Unfortunately it wasn’t in my size but the girls contacted Annette to see if they could find a seamstress on short notice.

I was very clearly flustered and stressed out but Annette and the two girls were so very sweet…I was asked if I could wait so they could call around, by the grace of God a seamstress was able to alter my dress! It was very reassuring to know I’d be able to have the perfect wedding dress!

Annette was so sweet, so accommodating and even reduced the price of my dress which was so very appreciated.

The experience I had was over the top and would 100% recommend to anyone who’s getting married.

I made an appointment at Annette’s in November of 2023 after trying dresses on at a handful of other boutiques with no luck. I was very pleasantly surprised to find how organized the dress selection process was, that I was the only appointment in my time slot, I felt so comfortable and that the consultants really cared about helping me. I ended up finding my dress here and picked it up a couple months ago! After a hiccup that was not the boutique’s fault, I was assured my dress would arrive in time and it did. When I picked up my dress I had just as great an experience. The consultants helped me find a veil and undergarments that worked perfectly with my dress, thoroughly talked through what I could expect in terms of alterations and helped me put together the entire look.

Throughout the whole process I was blown away by Emily and her knowledge, kindness and encouragement. Her expertise in sewing really set her apart from experiences I had at other boutiques. She truly went above and beyond for me in making sure my dress was perfect and I will forever remember her participation in my wedding planning. I cannot thank you enough Emily!!

My first experience trying on wedding dresses was at this store and I am so unbelievably happy it was. I hate dress shopping but I had an incredible/fun/memorable time.
The sales associate is amazing at what she does. She felt like a friend I brought with me not a staff member.
I also really appreciated that no one pressured me to buy anything when I wasn’t 100% sure. It made me want to go back and give them my business in any way I could even if it ends up being my veil or my accessories.

I spent last weekend in New York City, and the trip included a stop at Kleinfelds to search for my wedding dress where I even had bridal icon Randy Fenoli assist with my dress consult!!! They had beautiful gowns and he was fabulous but I still found myself drawn back to Annette’s bridal closer to home in St.Catharines. The staff Annette’s were all so welcoming - Emily, Emily, Taylyn and Annette - thank you! - choosing a gown has been tricky for this indecisive bride, and you made the process so fun and made me feel so special. Not only that though, the selection of gowns is unmatched from dresses with a soft beachy vibe to couture gowns off the runway they have it all at reasonable prices. Truly such a great appointment and, I said yes to the dress! Thank you again for the most amazing experience!!! Highly recommend to all future brides!!

Update: I finally got married and my dress was perfect for my big day. I bought it so long ago that I actually felt uneasy about it but as soon as I put it on ... It was perfect. So happy I came here!!

YOU NEED TO GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ALL YOUR WEDDING DRESS DESIRES.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this bridal store (specifically I love Megan that works here, but the store is absolutely fantastic). So, planning a wedding is an emotional process and picking out a wedding dress is no exception. This was my first spot and I had zero expectations. I had been to a few other places for another friend of mine getting married (David Bridal, Best for Bride...etc) and this place truly sits at #1.

1) Everyone is so friendly and kind and my stylist Megan, was truly an angel (I'm sure the other stylists are angels to, but seriously, ask for Megan). Megan was so kind and sweet and everything you'd want when you're trying to find a wedding dress that compliments you in the best ways. I instantly told her it was my first time and she said that she would put me into every silhouette imaginable. She never tried to sell me over my budget and she was just very helpful. She made me feel comfortable and just gave me outstanding costumer service.

2) They have a PLETHORA of dresses. Ranging from $300 (there could be even cheaper ones), to $4000+. They have all types of styles, and everything in between. Its all well organized and I just felt I had a ton to choose from.

3) I ended up selecting this gorgeous dress (I'd say what it looks like but my fiance is very sneaky and I don't want him to read any details lol) and it was of course, above my budget (my fault, not Megan's). She could tell it was a bit out of the price range and said I could even buy the sample to save money and told me about other payment options available to me (it was nice of her to offer those options without asking). My mom was the superhero of the day as she paid for my dress but it was so nice of Megan to talk about money in a gentle way (since money can be touchy subject for people). When the transaction was over, I actually started to cry (not when I had the dress on because I think I was in shock that I found a dress that I absolutely love in every way ) and Megan offered a big hug. I can't emphasis enough how much I loved coming here.

In the end, we purchased an absolutely beautiful dress that makes me feel like a million bucks and although it was out of my modest budget, it wasn't crazy expensive. They have beautiful dresses for reasonable costs and I am so grateful that my mom found such a wonderful place to have this great experience in (I've attached photos of our area, I went with my mom and my two younger sisters - I am 29 and my sisters are 15/16, so having them there was super fun).

I had a great experience at Annette's Bridal. They let me make an appointment at the last minute after having no luck at another bridal store. They had a very organized process for choosing dresses to try on, which put me at ease. There was such a wide selection that there were many dresses to try on even with a smaller budget. The staff also picked out more dresses in my budget and preferred styles. They gave many helpful suggestions throughout. I was never rushed, overwhelmed, or felt pressured in any way. I found an amazing off the rack designer dress at a great price beyond my wildest dreams there. I am so thankful for Annette's Bridal!
