I visited on Thursday and had the absolute pleasure of an appointment with Lauren. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her warm, approachable manner instantly put me in the best mood.

Lauren’s expertise was outstanding – she knew everything there was to know about the products and took the time to understand my needs. She guided me to the perfect foundation and skincare products, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I'd booked the service for my mum's special birthday, and she was quite apprehensive after a previous negative experience, but Rachel was absolutely fabulous!! She really took the time to listen to my mum and what she was hoping to achieve with her make up, explained about all the different products and how they could benefit her skin and work together to boost the look. She even helped her understand how she could apply the products herself at home to achieve the look, as she wasn't very confident about this!! 10/10 would recommend ? thanks so much Rachel xx

Lovely experience getting my make up done. Everything used was clearly explained and no pressure to buy, though I did. The make up is lovely and goes on really well, hiding all my lines and imperfections. The lady that did my make up was so lovey and helpful.

Visited the Sunday before Christmas, and the shop was extremely busy, as expected. Every member of staff was helpful, enjoying the atmosphere of Christmas.
I asked for advice about the foundation and make up, I was looked after from beginning to end by the lovely Connor.
Their skills and knowledge were absolutely amazing. Connor talked me through the whole process. They spoke to me which such patience and care, and we had such a laugh. The experience went from being daunting to heartened.
The whole family have been told about my experience and I have stopped telling them, all of Christmas.

I visited the shop in the hope of a makeup tutorial and to maybe learn about some of the products. I was helped out by Karen, who couldn’t have been any nicer. She picked out the products based on the look I was going for, demonstrated how to apply them and explained each of them. She was so kinda and helpful and she did a fantastic job of my makeup. I was attended immediately I walked into Frasers in Glasgow by the highly professional “David”. He spent time going through my needs and concerns and was able to match up the amazing eye makeup and invited me to try it on. He explained the palette and how to use them. Most importantly he listened to what I thought I wanted! I was stuck in a make-up rut and he lifted me out! Superb service. Highly skilled. Professional and personal service. Excellent!

I popped in on Friday morning to HOF Glasgow after a recommendation from the ladies I work with as i am struggle with my skin and getting the right foundation at the mo. Maya was fab, asked what I wanted, what my skin issues were etc and explained what would be the best for my skin type
So Maya colour matched prepped my skin etc and talk me through it all. Excellent service..also have to say the mascara she used was fantastic and yes I did leave store with that too lol. Maya also helped colour match me for the Hollywood Filter too which I'll be needing for my hols next year so I know exactly what I need for then too. All in all excellent service for Maya.
