There are a lot of choices for kids and women. More than half the store. There is a decent selection of sneakers and boots for men but as another review said not a good selection for dress shoes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean/ organized and the prices were average

I placed an order on 12/13 around noon for a pair of boots. There was no low stock alert and the approximate shipping time was 4-7 business days.
On 12/22 I called the Customer Service and I have been told that my order will arrive by end of day.
On 12/25 (Christmas day) I sent an email and I have been told that my order was actually canceled due to payment problems and that the item is low stock and I have to reorder quickly if I still want the product. There was no email or phone calls between 12/13 - 12/25.
I guess you all know how “wonderful” the Christmas morning was without a present, all thanks to DSW.
My advice: Stick with another seller that can actually deliver an order in 2 days and skip DSW.

My wife liked a pair of boots but they did not have her size. They suggested order on line, and pick up at the store. I asked what would happen if there was an issue with the shoes, I was told that my wife would be able to exchange for another style. Knowing my wife I asked how about if she was unable to find another style she liked. Can she get the money back. She replied no, because the purchase was on line. My advice is check on the issue of ordering on line and picking up at a store, at least DSW.

This location has a very large collection of shoes for women and children, a smaller collection of men's casual shoes and boots and very little to choose from for men's dress shoes. The men's dress shoes they do have are on the lower end of quality and they all have synthetic soles; no leather soles. There were only three or so pairs of black mens dress shoes ranging from about $80 to $100 dollars per pair. If you are looking for mens dress shoes you should try somewhere else.

Though a reasonable selection, everything interesting didn’t have my size (about average). You can find some good bargains, but you are just as likely to walk out with th same shoes on your feet as you wore in the store, and no boxes or bags, either.
