Bought a sensor bin, the bin works fine however they sent me a mouse in the parcel, managed to trap it in the living room meaning uve had no acvess to my loving room where my work desk and dinning table is making it extremely hard!!! I also had to pay £195 for pest control and also have to hire someone for a deep clean. I asked to get only the pest control money and after making me wait for roughly a week they have refused meaning now I need to sort this out legally!

Paid for next day delivery and ordered early morning Thursday. Got a phone call next day to say had missed posting due to stock error at site and offered Monday delivery, which changed to Saturday after I raised issue. Cancelled order and given refund. Poor service.

Fantastic family run business, but unfortunately it has quite a few issues with it logistics, mainly due to poor management in the Warehouse they lack a basic organisational skills which leads to chaos, which unfortunately the lower staff than get pressurised to sort out the management mess so it becomes a blame culture environment. This is why there's a high turnover of staff within the warehouse and they can not retain their drivers. There are some amazing staff throughout the company it's just a shame a small majority of lower management spoil the work environment.

Yard foreman is a jewel at this place great organisation skills and worth his weight in gold.
Delivery was a container load had me set up ASAP before time but with a bottle neck in the warehouse tipping was slow .
Everyone nice and pleasant ☺

Warranty denied for £350 tent(Wind damage)
11 Months ago I bought a 350 pounds Colemans tent for my disabled daughter to camp out(back garden camping). Unfortunately for me I put the tent up outside.

The day after I put the tent up a random gust of wind ripped the material from the front pole.

I contacted Charlies and they have refused to repair the tent because it was wind damage.

Do not trust Charlies if you have any warranty issues they will not look after the customer and leave you will a 350 pound broken tent.

I have video evidence of the incident which I will upload to trustpilot along with my email communication with them.

Do not make expensive purchases with Charlies and always check warranty details especially for tents because UK has windy weather and to void warranty for wind is laughable for a tent.

Excellent customer service. Item arrived missing a part but replaced very quickly and efficiently. Excellent communications whether using email or live chat. Why can't all places be this efficient.
