I was very impressed with the speed at which my claim was approved to get the repairs done to my vehicle. It was a matter of minutes and I had an email approving it. I did have some difficulties entering the info online as they should state exactly how many characters are required for the policy number. It rejected what I originally entered but the reason why just flashed on the screen so fast that I couldn't even read it. The phone service is excellent though.

Mode Insurance Services have been my underwriters for several years. There isn't much to say other than they have absolutely amazing - they have been on hand to assist with two devastating vehicle accidents, and every single issue has been dealt with professionally, and with the highest level of personal courtesy. I can't thank them enough, and I plan on always having them "in my back pocket".

Communication is poor. Never got a response unless I prompted first. Replacement is a joke. Accident was not my fault and I lost the grant money for buying a hybrid. Punishes the.wrong person. Waste of time.

I can’t say enough how much I appreciate mode insurance! I had a minor hiccough due to the agency that sold the policy to me. But mode took care of me and I can’t thank them enough! I will forever be a loyal customer! Thanks to the team at Mode! You guys are amazing!

Don’t even get their insurance even offered for free. in won’t recommend at all. Reason being their financing company is pathetic. I have canceled the policy on 10th March 2024 which is under 30 days of their grace period but still no refund is received its been 7 months.
