Overall my experience here was pretty good, the food was above par, our drinks were filled in a timely manner, the atmosphere was great, our waitress kept checking in on us and had a good sense of humor. Overall five stars!

Honestly some of the best service me and my kids have received at a restaurant. The host was fast and friendly. We were seated in the bar to watch sports. The bartender although busy is very attentive and friendly. All of our drinks and advertisers came out fast and our food came out in a good timely manner. Food could have got a five star if my burger would have been cooked just a tiny bit more but nothing major.

While we've been to many Chili's and have had good experiences, this visit was definitely lacking.
After waiting a long time, our server said the food was coming up soon. After about 15 more minutes, the manager stopped by to ask how everything was. When we told him we'd been waiting a long time for our food, he apologized and disappeared to the kitchen, not to be seen again for 15 minutes when he brought out our food. Total time waiting, 60 minutes.
If that wasn't bad enough, they clearly rushed the preparation of my burger (not sure what the rush was after 15 minutes) as it was so undercooked, I wasn't able to eat but very little.
The manager apologized and said he would comp 25% of our meals. A nice gesture, but that amounts to 1/2 off one of our meals. I didn't even get to eat my full meal, so 1/2 off was a slap in the face.
Truly a very poor experience turned worse by a manage who didn't fix the situation.
The 2 star rating on Service was because our server tried to help ease the situation, but the manager was calling the shots by that point.

Knows how to make people feel at home. The food was also amazing. Definitely recommend coming to see James and having a great meal!

Tonight was amazing! The bartender took care of the whole bar area and she was on top of it!
The young man who was running out the food was very attentive and nice as well!
Great job to the team today

There was a small delay on the nachos that I ordered but nonetheless great experience.

Jacob our waiter was the worst. He set our drinks down to sort ourselves. Our drink went dry no checking on to see if our food was OK or if we needed anything including refills. I got up and got our napkins. When confronted he said we should have raised our hands!? I will choose another Chili location to patronize before I go back to this location. This guy does not care about the job he is doing or the fact that people are there trying to enjoy their meal because our 86.00 meal was ruined with shoddy service. The bathroom lacked tissue so my child got held up in the bathroom as well.

Rick the bartender was amazing. Got the surf and turf to go. Ordered the steak medium rare. Got to my room, medium well to well and no shrimp. Took it back, got a new order for medium rare. Uhh nope same kind of cooked steak. Medium to medium well. I did get shrimp though. Pretty sure the cooks don’t know the difference. Pretty disappointed! If it wasn’t for Rick the bartender, I would have been irate. Chili’s, you need to do better on your cooking staff. Not good.
