We recently had Progressive Screens installed on our lanai in Palmetto Florida. Shortly after, hurricane Milton struck as a category 3 hurt hurricane! In attached photos you can see that our pool cage was destroyed. We lost power as the storm came ashore. I woke up at 1:30am to the sound of metal banging on the house. Despite the darkness, wind, & driving rain I could make out the fact that our pool cage had crashed. The following morning we were able to determine that as the aluminum cage structure was torn apart, some jagged metal framework tried to penetrate our Progressive screen. While you can see abrasion, the fabric technically is NOT torn. Amazing! That is some tough fabric! Thank you Progressive for making a quality product that protected our home from a truly violent storm.

We had our wonderful retractable garage screen installed about three years ago, and it’s one of the best investments we’ve made. It allows airflow while maintaining privacy, and it’s easy to use with the remotes and the car controls.
We had an issue, and the installer (Active Door and Window) couldn’t get to us right away due to being so busy; so we called the manufacturer, Progressive Screens, to see if they could help with a temporary solution. They were amazing: the owner of Progressive Screens spent about 15 minutes on the phone with us to walk us through a solution to raise and secure the screen until the installer can get back to us. His solution allows us to safely preserve our screen and to move our car in and out of the garage until the installer comes to complete the repair. We love the product, and the service by the company matches the high quality of the products. We couldn’t be happier.

We needed a 26' wide by 10' high hurricane rated screen to protect our lanai. Very few companies make screens over 25' wide. I did a lot of research and the Defender Hurricane Screen System made by Progressive Screens was by far the best system. As a mechanical engineer and heavily involved in home construction and remodeling, I can assure you that their product is far better than the competition. They are not the cheapest system on the market but are worth the money. The screen was installed 6 months ago and it works flawlessly. The installer, Storm Solutions of Ft. Myers, did a great job, was on time and kept me well informed.

I ordered three Magnatrac screens in June 2023 from an installer recommended by Progressive (OG Living). They were originally promised to be installed in January 2024. As of today, OG Living tells me they still don’t have a firm delivery date from Progressive.

We love the screens but they need adjusting and we cannot get anyone to call us back to get them fixed..Would/ will be a 5 star if they ever get adjusted....still unable to use screens and still waiting.The screen is great the customer service is horrible from the franchisers who you need to deal with in order to get ant warrenty work done.
