Went in today and purchased a new 14gn. I dealt with James my salesman. No issue. I get home and notice one of the bearing caps missing. My assumption is it wasn’t seated properly and it flew off on the 50 mile ride home. I call back to ask for a replacement to be mailed only to catch attitude from Steve about it. Now keep in mind I have purchased 5 or 6 trailers at this store over the past 5 years and this is the thanks. Attitude about a poorly installed cap. Guess what store I won’t buy another one from? Thanks for the great customer service after the sale STEVE.

Went here for the first time to purchase a trailer over a week ago told it would be ready this week. Called this week on Wednesday to find out when I could pick it up only to find out it still was not ready for pickup. Salesman stated they scheduled to install the tires,hitch and tailgate on Thursday and his manager would call once it was done for pickup. No call, so I called back Friday only to get Steve who is now stating Monday next week. Pretty sad website showed the trailer was in stock you go in pay in full get told it would be ready this week which it isn't and get the run around and no trailer! Worst customer service ever and wondering if I will get my trailer. Truly dissatisfied with my first experience so far and not sure I would recommend.

I have no complaints about my experience at Big Tex Trailer World in Sanford, FL. I went in last week to pick up a 25' trailer and the process couldn't have been easier. Carl was great and made sure I had all the information I needed before leaving the lot.

I bought a brand new trailer from a dealer in Georgia that Big Tex didn't sell. When I got it home I had a few warranty issues that Dexter and the trailer manufacturer needed to take care of. Steve was a huge help in taking care of my warranty fast. I will return to them for future repairs that are needed.

I chose this place based upon reviews and it so happens they are local to me. They had the model i wanted in stock and were super quick through the whole process. I was out in the hour. Super fast, knowledgeable, and trustworthy trailer dealership. Note I also suffered a screw in my tire litterally less than 6 miles of leaving the lot. I reached out to them and they told they'd replace it. Now thats customer services. These guys sure waste no time into getting us back to work as quickly as possible.
