I have been looking for a 10 needle for about a year.so started really looking in my area ( Colorado) and the price was to much for a cash transaction,so I was taking a trip to Texas, decided to check and found Austin sewing machines.Mike and Robin took care of me.I drove to Texas picked up pr1055x.for half the price. Bought some thread and scissors as well. And continue my vacation.Great Job!

Loved everything about this place! Robin helped me pick a sewing machine based on my needs. Somehow there was a problem with it and she took my calls to help me try to figure it out then when I brought it in because it was beyond me, Mike figured out the problem and repaired it immediately. So helpful. So friendly. So professional.

I was incredibly impressed by the knowledge and skill of everyone on staff.

I brought in my machine to be fixed. The woman told me that they currently had a 9 week waiting period and that I could join the waitlist. She then offered to take a look at the issue. Not only was she able to fix it (they had the part in stock!), but she was able to tell me what caused the problem in the first place.

Oh my gosh I am SO grateful for this store and Mike’s expertise. I have an industrial Juki sewing by machine that is not portable. Mike was so kind to talk me through a repair over the phone. These guys are so helpful, kind, and generous with their time and knowledge.
I’ve taken other machines here before too and am always satisfied with the maintenance and repairs.
Their quilting cotton selection is phenomenal. I normally don’t sew garments with quilting cotton but their quality is really fine and the patterns too cute to pass up. Highly recommend this store❤️

I've done it all here now! Shopping is a wonderful experience, they have items that most sewing places lack. The fabric selection is outstanding and we always find something to take home. I have had one of my machines repaired here and the estimated wait was exactly as they stated, and they did a great job fixing my machine and in a very timely matter. I've also purchased a machine here as of today and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and I was told everything about my machine before I got it and made sure it was the right fit for me. The staff are the friendliest. Love this place, will never go anywhere else!
