My son plays AAU basketball and we went to champs in Pentagon City to checkout some shoes for his upcoming season. This was hands-down the best customer service we ever experienced when it came to purchasing shoes for him. Troy at Champs went over every Basketball shoe sharing with my son the different benefits of each shoe and listening to what it was that he liked. It was very refreshing to experience that level of customer service. My son was very happy with the shoes he picked out. Troy was professional and personable. This was an amazing experience.

My littlest needed new shoes, and so we went to check out what they had to offer. The service was top notch and we found a great pair of Nikes for a good price.

Giovani was extremely rude and combative. I walked in the store and he did not respond to me saying Hello until the third time. After which I picked up my order and he was very no communicative. I felt uncomfortable. I waited to see if someone else was there. Thank God for the young man Riley that assisted me with professionalism and patience. I needed up returning my shoes I purchased. He could not tell me an estimated time my money would be returned. He tried to argue with me about that but I did not entertain him. I looked at his name tag so I can be precise in leaving my review. It’s so much more to be said but I will not return to this particular champs until I’m assured that he’s retrained on customer service. Not sure if he’s the manager or not. If he is he’s not representing this company well.

Had a great experience sat at the bar after work, was served by Chavee. She was polite and very attentive. She had a great positive personality even though the bar was not fully stocked I blame management for not ordering, and setting her up for success. We settled on a rum and coke well balanced cocktail would definitely come back just for her.

We were in DC and Arlington for a few days. We went to lunch at champs Sports Bar on Sunday, July 29. Lunch was amazing. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. I had a craft burger with sweet potato waffle fries. It was mouth-watering. The manger made sure that we were enjoying our experience. I would go to champs again and again. What a wonderful experience. Great staff and management.

This place is your usual basic spots bar but with a negative twist. It's barely full and the bartenders are shady. I was charged twice for a drink and it happenEd when I went to the men's room. Unfortunately for the bartender I came back before she could slip the new receipt into my glass. Sad really, not sure how she thought I would not know my drink count. All the more reason never to return. That said Cory the waiter was excellent. For me though, the culture of cheating would never allow me to go back.

They will only give you an email receipt, NO PRINT RECEIPT. They tell you that only AFTER they have processed your payment.The salesperson asked for a phone number at the beginning of the transaction, then said I could only get an email receipt.

Shop there if:
- YOU DON'T NEED A RECEIPT, or
- you don't mind giving them both your phone number and (real) email address.
