The employee attempting to help me with my returns was rude and unclear about store policies. She first told me I could have store credit, then said I could exchange the sweater, then said I would need to find the receipt as she could not look up my purchase in the system. She offered no solutions and took ten minutes to tell me to find my receipt if I wanted to return a defective item. Never had this problem before with an Altar’d state return.

Der Laden ist super schön! Total schön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe. Die Umkleiden sind ebenfalls schön und deine Sachen werden dir abgenommen und alles in der Kabine vorbereitet.
Das Personal war super lieb und hat einen sehr freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Preise sind allerdings sehr hoch, aber in der Sale Abteilung habe ich einige Schnäppchen gemacht. Die Qualität der Klamotten ist sehr gut.

This store is so beautiful, well-decorated, well-stocked, and well-staffed. Everyone I've dealt with there is remarkably kind. The actual space is gorgeous and inviting, as are the fitting rooms. Though I feel the clothes might be better suited for younger women, there are fun finds for anyone.

The tall girl with the glasses was so helpful. I felt uncomfortable with going in by myself but she made me feel so welcome the day I went. She understood my style perfectly and she was super cheery. Whatever she gets paid could never be enough.

LOVE this store!! The clothes, the smell, the unmatched friendly & welcoming customer service! I have so many treasured items in my closet from this place!! I have lucked out being greeted & helped by Angie the last few times I have been to the Boulder store, but all of their employees are great! I’m obsessed with this place, please never leave Boulder!!!!

First visit to this store was fabulous and what an incredible shopping experience. Store clerks were so pleasant, helpful and complimentary. So hospitable. I didn't know there would be Christian music playing and inspirational home decor in this shop. Thought this was a women's clothing boutique but it is so much more, lots of selection, the footprint has you looking all over the place but not in a messy or disorienting way. If the ladies asked me if I wanted a job I would have agreed to an interview on the spot. 🙂 Look forward to shopping here again.
