Really professional and courteous. They were able to fit me in on the same day I came in for a quote.

Installed a 10” kicker hideaway in my F150. Installed the knob in to the dash so it looks like it came with the truck. Just what I needed for a premium, but not rattling system.

I’m a 30 year resident of Central Florida. I’ve had Audio Excellence do several jobs for me and cars over the years. They have always done an excellent job. The owner “Nasser” is very hands-on, he listens and make sure that you’re 100% satisfied with their work. They have always done an outstanding job on all my vehicles.
My most recent vehicle is a 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 that needed a boost in the Soundsystem. These guys did a fantastic job putting a subwoofer under my backseat. As usual, they did a fantastic job, custom installed the volume dial in my dashboard and just a professional job all around. I can’t say enough about how good these guys do. The service is always excellent. The last few visits I’ve been greeted by Nasa. He is excellent, very polite, very professional and at the same he makes you feel like family. Over the years I have brought several cars for tinting the windows and it’s been excellent. I have recommended them to my family and friends. Great customer service from owner and the Techs! They did a fantastic job with our tint and dashcam install. We had it done for my wife’s car and now will be taking my car to also get tint and dashcam installed. You can tell the quality is top tier and they believe in what they do. They have amazing products available and for sure the audio there is something special. Definitely recommend all your car accessories to be done by this shop!

I can’t say enough good things about this Nasa and his team. The radio, speaker, sub and amplifier installation they did on my Tundra CrewMax was impressive!

They are honest, and genuinely cares about their customers. They took the time to explain everything. Fair pricing, and top-notch work!

I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking custom and reliable projects!

Update
***I cannot in good conscious recommend Audio Excellence, at least not for their promises. They're still a great company, but lack on their guarantees. Keep this in mind and proceed at your own risk.

Despite the vow of a lifetime warranty, as it clearly states on their website and as I was told 5 years back when I initially got my windows tinted, of which started to bubble. The warranty was recanted because they "wouldn’t make any money on it." This was blurted out in frustration over a call.

Then in an attempt to further say no it was stated that they don't have a record of me since they changed their software. I was also asked if I had a receipt from 5 years back from the owner, when he recognized me from years back coming in for service. I even have text messages originating to that date. I take people at their word. Once it's broken, it's unfathomable to do business.

***About 4 years back I brought in my car to be tinted. The Audio Excellence Team, especially Nasa and the tech that worked on my car (wish I knew his name) were so impeccable to the extent that 4 years later when I needed to upgrade my tints there was only one shop that could suffice.

At Audio Excellence the products and accolades are unbelievable, but their real wow is in their customer service. It is of the greatest tier that any company could wish to achieve. It's hard to put into words, unless you've experienced it. I recommend them to everyone.
