I recently purchased a brand-new trailer from Big Tex Trailer of Whitmore Lake, and my experience was a rollercoaster that ultimately ended on a high note, thanks to their outstanding customer service.

Initially, I was quite disappointed when I discovered some issues with the trailer. While it was brand new, I noticed a few areas that required attention, including some welding imperfections. I was frustrated and considered leaving a one-star review because I expected a flawless product right out of the gate. However, I decided to reach out to the team at Big Tex to express my concerns.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jon, who exemplified what true customer service should be. He listened intently to my issues and assured me that they would make things right. Jon and the team went above and beyond to address my concerns. They promptly fixed the areas that needed attention, touching up any welds that required it and ensuring that everything was in perfect condition.

To my surprise, as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, they even threw in a spare tire. This thoughtful touch showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and are committed to providing a complete and satisfactory experience.

In the end, I left the dealership with a great trailer that met my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The outstanding customer service I received from the team transformed my initial disappointment into gratitude and appreciation.

I recently bought a Big Tex Dump trailer from Chris. I had a weld break on a suspension shackle on one of the axels. The trailer was in travers city mi. He not only found me a place to get it repaired but also paid for the repairs on a credit card and was handling the warranty claim in house so I would not have to wait to get the repairs authorized from Big Tex. As a fleet manager this I the type of service I look for. Keep up the good work
