I love the quality and selection that they stock, and CT has always been my 'go-to' for a nice shirt or jacket.

However, recent in-store experiences have left me with a terrible opinion of the brand. The atmosphere is unwelcoming, staff are curt or simply rude, and there is very little attempt to help customers find the right fit. Something has certainly changed in store, as it seems that all of the staff hate being there.

I'd recommend visiting Hawes & Curtis on George Str instead, or John Lewis at the St James which stocks a wide selection of jackets etc.

Really poor service, the delivery time is ridiculously bad and the support is so unhelpful. They proceed to say they will contact me but never did, end an online chat because they want to and lie about the return window to change my mind. Honestly never been so disappointed in brand.

Needed last minute formal shirts and popped in here. It was James B who greeted us. He really knew his stuff, listening to what we were looking for, giving recommendations and making sure we got the right fit. Fantastic service and the 4 shirts for £149 is great value. Would definitely recommend.

CT is now my go-to place for casual clothes and bespoke business shirts. High quality items and service. All the staff I have encountered on my visits are very helpful and friendly.
A particular "thank you" goes to Paul who not only remembers me by name but even remembers what I have bought previously and in some cases my options for the bespoke shirts!

I think the quality of their suits and shirts are excellent. I was really happy with the service. Paul was professional, knowledgable, honest and very helpful. I went to buy some suits and it was a very good experience. Often these things can be long and cumbersome but Paul was quick, polite and I came away very happy and with two beautiful wool suits. I would definitely recommend the service and quality of the Edinburgh store.
