I was greeted quite quickly to ask if I needed any help, I had arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment so was just looking at some products but the manager (or supervisor I'm assuming) brought me over to sit down and said she'd get someone to come over soon to me. I got Nicole and she was just lovely, very welcoming, warm and friendly. We were able to have a chat whilst she told me a bit about the different foundations. I was pretty sure I wanted the airbrush one and so that was what she tested on me. I didn't expect my whole face to be done so it was a lovely experience. I thought it would have been a small amount tested on my cheek but she cleansed off my makeup and prepped my skin to apply the foundation. I even got a lipgloss to finish the look. I bought the 3 cool shade as I was happy with the coverage it gives. I'd highly recommend going here to have your own experience.

What a truly wonderful experience we had at Charlotte Tilbury VS, Belfast on 5th June. Celebrating 3 generations 80th, 40th & 20th birthdays. All the staff helped make us look and feel extremely special. An occasion we’ll remember for a longtime. Thank you so much ?

Had the BEST experience with Nicole in Belfast Store yesterday. Nicole was so welcoming and was super informative about all products. The combination high quality of products and Nicole’s skilful application made my makeup look the best it has ever looked! The best experience I have ever had and certainly will be back - can’t recommend Nicole enough!

I’m was nervous about going to Charlotte Tilbury make up counter at first as I have had bad experiences with other make up brands in the past but I was so refreshed and happy when I left after Amy Savage looked after me that I will definitely be back. There may even have been tears during my visit but happy ones after she took time and transformed my whole make up routine. What a lovely genuine girl and a great advocate for the brand. ❤️

Just had 15min foundation match with Claire at the Frazers Belfast for myself and friend.

After a very long and tiring week at work I called in to have my make up done for a night out! Girls were fantastic, very knowledgeable about all their products and knew exactly what would suit me, even though I didn’t! I had loads of comments about how my eyes were so blue! My beautiful artist Tara was amazing! She has been booked again for a wedding!!!! Highly recommend booking an appointment with any of these girls! So friendly and made me feel like a princess!
