I recently visited the shop for the first time, and had a wonderful encounter with Cameron. I was unsure as to what would suit my skin type, and she expertly matched me to some products that worked great with my skin and routine. She was incredibly attentive and I didn’t feel at all rushed in spite of how busy the shop was in the run up to Christmas. I will definitely be back, and bring my daughter next time!

Booked the Pillow Talk room for my sister in laws birthday treat - there were 5 of us & the service was out of this world. We were looked after from the minute we walked in the front door. The room is amazing & the artists made everyone feel super comfortable with no hard sell to purchase products. They explained everything as they were going along & answered ALL of our questions - would HIGHLY recommend ?

What an incredible experience from start to finish!! Having booked ‘Beauty Looks for Every Occasion’, I’d expected an in-depth lesson on colours and techniques to suit me but my ‘lesson’ was far more than that.

From the moment I arrived in Glasgow city centre, I was made to feel welcome and pampered by the staff. The store is glamorous but wait until you descend the stair to the beauty parlour!!! It’s everything you’d hope it to be a more. The complimentary Prosecco was a delicious treat and I cannot recommend the beautiful and talented Gabby enough. She made me comfortable, explained everything she was doing in a really understandable way and best of all, made me feel gorgeous and empowered to recreate the look at home.

I love my new makeup and skincare and will definitely be booking appointments with Gabby in the future. Thank you for a fabulous experience ?

I popped into the Glasgow store for an eyeliner that I had previously been looking at. Maude very kindly offered to apply it prior to buying, while chatting we discussed my skincare routine and she offered to apply the magic serum, cream and glow toner. I went back to the office with my skin glowing.
Fabulous experience with no hard sell which is important to me. I left with the eyeliner but was so impressed with their approach i booked in to try their Glow & Go.
I’ve now bought the serum, cream & glow but also left with a foundation sample to try out at home.
Lovely experience from the young chap who looked after me till Maude finished with another client to me leaving with my purchase.
Can’t recommend CT enough. ❤️
