The ladies That worked on the afternoon of 11/22 were all very friendly personal and helpful. I had a last minute dress need for a school dance that same night. They helped me with last minute alterations and a quick fix being that the dress I ordered from a non David bridal store was a sheer mid bodice I had no idea what to do and I found a quick strapless long bra to save the day. Theses ladies rock and I know where to go when in need of a quick fix.

What a wonderful experience today! The bride and I were at David’s bridal for the alterations fitting and a skilled young Valentino helped get the wedding dress ready. Between Brix and Valentino all her needs and wants were met today. Highly recommend.

The staff here were great, especially Valentino, the alterations manager!!!!! Valentino listened so well to my concerns and could see the issues I saw with my dress. They promised to do what they could do to fix as many of the issues as they could. They were very calming and reassuring! Could not recommend Valentino more!!!! 100% a dress saver!!!!!!! They are the bestest! The first pic below was what I needed fixed and the second pic is the result of Valentino’s work, without all the buttons done up! Truly, truly so much much better! I am comfortable enough with my body to embrace my natural curves, but Valentino fixed the unnatural looking rolls from the previous store’s botched alterations! Truly a lifesaver!!! The dress is ready for the aisle now! Seriously, go to the David’s Bridal in Fairview Heights, IL and see Valentino for all your alterations needs!

I set a dual appointment with my bestie in early November since we're both getting married in the near future. Aaliyah took care of us both -- making us feel like queens. For any dress, she paired gorgeous veils and accessories. She really knows how to make a gal feel bridal. Dresses were also super affordable!!
