I didn't even get a chance to enter shop because upon entering the woman worker literally says to me if you're not buying anything you can't look around because we're about close. How do you know I'm not here to buy It was really rude. I turned around and walked out. Sadly for her, I was looking to buy but she would never know that. I just purchased a very nice fabric directly across the street, who were also about to close but were much nicer and helped me pick it out what I needed.

Surprised by the level of negative reviews about the owner. Walked in just as he was closing up and he still spent a good 20 minutes with me, helping me make a piece of fabric I feel in love with work for my purposes (and giving me a steep discount for the end of the bolt). Super helpful and friendly owner. I will definitely be back

I needed over 10 yards of light pink faux fur for a client and they had exactly what I needed in stock at a reasonable price. They were easy to deal with - not sure what all the negative google reviews are about. I dealt with Sam and he was courteous and professional. I’ll go back in the future.

Nasty people, i dont know if the person was owner or just team member but it does not matter. Zero customer service, rude cheaters and liars. dont enter this store without reading the reviews , if you do not want to ruin your day dont go there.

Shop manager (the old Iranian guy) was very rude to both myself and some younger customers who were looking to shop for dress fabrics. He said "are you going to buy anything, or what?" When they were still deciding on what fabric and price.

I was looking through his extensive selection of fur scraps. Initially he was helpful, but towards the end of my maybe 20 minute visit, he said "you asking too many questions! I have migraine and can't deal with it. Now what fur you like?". I had asked him maybe no more than four questions about what kind of fur I was holding, and what the price was. The other employees couldn't answer my question about fur type; only he could. So I don't understand what I did to tick him off. I immediately put back what I was looking at, and left. Not going back.

Also he said, when I asked him how long he'd been open, "we move here last week" which is a lie. And one of the employees acted nervous around me and asked if I was a cop.

I live in queens and I’ve been to countless fabric store just to hear/ find out they don’t carry what I’m looking for. But the second I walked in here the old gentleman was more than helpful and kind and helped me find what no other fabric store could have. And I checked most of the ones in the same area and they didn’t have what I was looking for. Good selection of fabrics and really sweet man. Will definitely be shopping here for fabrics in the future
