ABSOLUTELY THE MOST RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT I HAVE EVER HAD ON THE PHONE. It’s not even worth a star!!!!
I ordered rollerblades for my daughter, the rollerblades arrived dirty, the wheel covers in human hair, the inside dirty, the outside of the skates had marks that showed that the skate were NOT new. I called and expressed my disappointment in their service. While placing the order, it was not mentioned that the blades were used ones. I added pictures in the box of how I received the blades and returned it to sender. After no receiving notification that the blades were delivered I decided to call customer service. She had the guts to accuse and insult me that I am the one that did not send the package back the right way. I try to explain to her that I followed the step giving to me online, she was so busy having her say and refused to hear me out. She started shouting and that was my limit, I told her that if she was quite for min and listened she would maybe just maybe understand what I mean, she told me that she already did me a favour and HUNG UP THE PHONE!!!!!! I was so anger that I saw all the colours of the rainbow. I had pray for calmness.

Leuk om eens in de winkel binnen te kijken die je normaal alleen online ziet. De winkel is ruim opgezet en duidelijk verdeeld in verschillende takken van sport. De winkel oogt ruim en netjes. Prijzen zijn echt heel netjes. Jammer dat je er niet echt een koopjeshoek vind met afgeprijsde artikelen. V
Gratis parkeren en je kunt handmatig zelf je boodschappen afrekenen.

Heeft een fiets gekocht op woensdag (5/6) voor mijn zoon en hij gaat de fiets op maandag (10/6) gebruiken. 2 werknemers zijn zeker de fiets thuis sturen op vrijdag (7/6). Maar zo juist bericht van Agediss gekregen dat de snelste levering is op maandag (10/6). Echt teleur gesteld, hoe kan 2 werknemers gaf verkeerde informatie?

Great collection. You can literally find everything here from stuffs related to sports, cycling, fitness, trekking and all you can think of. Protein bars, shakes, dumbbell weights, boxing equipments, tennis ,badminton racquets all available here. They string the badminton and tennis racquets here as well. For badminton they only charge the price for the string. The labor charge for stringing is free of cost. People always around to help.
