Horrible customer service when it comes to ordering products from them and receiving a refund. First, I arrived at the property an hour before they closed, and no one was there. Plus it was at a surgery center, not a shop. Then I ordered online from them, didn't need the products, and it's been almost a month, and I can't get a response about my refund. Now I have to file a card dispute to get the refund. I would not recommend buying from them.

Dr shape are very good and long lasting shapers and fajas. I always get my fajas and shapers from here. Dolls if y’all looking for something durable and great material. Dr shape is where it’s at. The customer service here is also five stars.

The owner is very polite and professional in showing me options based on my needs. She is very helpful in taking my measurements. Overall she was very knowledgeable and helpful making me comfortable and happy with my purchase. The shaper itself looks of top notch quality and I love the support it gives me. I highly recommend this place, they have amazing post surgical garments and a variety of shape wear to cater to your every need.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by Tatiana. What a wonderful professional and educative woman!!! She is the best in the field and very knowledgeable about every aspect of surgical procedures and post op treatments. I highly advise everyone to please see her. You will not be disappointed. Amazing products! It is so hard to find garments that are not only effective but comfortable. Tatiana was awesome in fitting me for the appropriate garment for my procedure. Honestly the most amazing shape wear I have ever tried!! I have had many different body shapers and I’ve never had one like the one I got from here. Their material feels incredible, especially after my surgery it’s extremely comfortable!! I definitely recommend them
