The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. The staff made sure that I felt welcome in the store. They answered all the questions I had. The store was well organized and everything was really easy to find.

I went in to find a pair of boots. They didn’t have them in stock at their store, but the store manager Lacey was very helpful. We were able to order them and they were sent directly to my house.

Famous for stealing my money for a purchase I made with cash in store but didn’t receive product which was suppose to be shipped from December 7, 2021, I requested a refund in store and was told I can’t get cash policy says you have to receive a check, and not the cash I spent in the first place ever since then I have been given the run around, we are in March now,
and still no funds, when I call for my money it’s always pushed to 5-8 weeks you are thieves and your whole customer service and business should be shut down. I WANT!!!! MY MONEY!!!!

Your hours on your websites and Google sites do not match the actual store hours. I have now came to this store twice and walked up to a locked door. I understand limited hours due to the virus but you should have this updated on all platforms.

We pulled up to the store at 5:53 PM literally just now. The store associate saw us pull into the parking lot and immediately came to the door and locked it. You would think during Covid brick and mortar would want to do business with customers, I won’t be returning.

I went to Famous Footwear last Saturday, it was a week after their grand opening. We were greeted shortly after we walked in and asked if we needed any help. We were just looking at the stuff they had at the time, so Lacey (one of the girls working that day) told us to let her know if we needed anything or had any questions.

Well, I found some shoes that I wanted, but saw that the pair that was the size I needed was the on display and had two or three black spots on it. When I asked if there were any more of the size 6 shoe, she told me that the stuff that was out on the floor was the only stuff that they had and that they didn’t have anything in the back. Understandable.

So the part that made this whole experience horrible, is that she asked me if I even looked for the size I needed. Well, yes obviously I did, otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered her. She goes to the display and hands me a size 6 box and asks me what’s wrong with it. I told her that the other shoe to the pair was on display and was dirty. This girl Lacey got loud and literally talks to me like I’m a child saying she “doesn’t know how on earth they’d be dirty because they just got them last week”. I point out multiple black spots on the shoe to her and she tries to dismiss them. She then proceeds to tell me it’s just a glue stain and that it can be removed, and storms off to “clean the shoe”.

She comes back 10 minutes later, SURPRISE SURPRISE , she couldn’t get the black spots out of the shoe because they were stained. I’m not about to buy a brand new shoe that’s already stained. She continued to insist that it was glue. At no point did she apologize about the situation or how she addressed it, but instead said she’d give me a 10% discount if I wanted the shoes. I’m a grown woman, do not speak to me like I’m a child.

Their selection of shoes is not the best. The store is smaller than it looks on the outside.It’s unfortunate because I live so closely to the new shopping center.
I will not be back.

I will never shop here again! No professionalism and young woman that checked us out knowingly tried to give me the incorrect amount of change! They didn't greet me when I walked in or ask if we needed help but was following a white customer around asking she needed anything and completely ignored us!
