I Love this scooter shop, I have purchased 2 horizons from them and will be buying something faster in the near future. Marcos is a great help when you go in to test ride scooters, he really knows his stuff! They are all so helpful and kind. I had some issues with 1 of my scooters and the process to get it fixed was so easy and the warranty they have is the best out there! When you call in or email with customer service, they are so friendly and ready to help. I wouldnt think of going any where else! Life long customer here!!

My husband an I stopped in Friday September 13. We did not have an appointment but Marcos fit us right in. He was really an exceptional associate, answering questions, giving us stats and letting my husband try out every scooter he wanted. He really let us take our time and feel properly educated on our options. I never felt rushed. We had wanted to purchase directly however they didn't have any new scooters available. My husband is quite picky and wanted new, even though they had several nice refurbished models avail. Marcos never made us feel bad about that, even thought he took a good part of his day to help us. It really reflects well on the entire company and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them or bring in a scooter for maintenance. I hope his managers know what a top tier salesman and customer care associate they have in Marcos Silva. Id recommend him to anyone looking for a scooter in the Miami area.

? Extremely Disappointed with FluidFreeRide's Handling of My Nami Klima Scooter Issue ?

I recently purchased a Nami Klima scooter from FluidFreeRide expecting a high-quality, safe, and functional product. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but frustrating, and I feel compelled to share my situation publicly.

? The Issue:

My scooter was sold with a known brake sensor defect, as acknowledged by FluidFreeRide (after the issue started).
The brake failure has now become so severe that the scooter is completely unusable, even at low speeds.
Despite repeated attempts to request a permanent solution, they continue to offer a temporary fix using outdated components instead of the proper brake sensor replacement.

⚠️ Serious Safety Concern:

This isn't just a minor defect — the brake sensor failure has caused near-accidents and poses a serious safety risk. As a commuting scooter, this failure has left me without a reliable mode of transportation.

❗️ FluidFreeRide’s Response:

I have repeatedly requested to escalate the matter to senior management and have been denied proper assistance.
They have refused to offer a timeline for the correct parts or guarantee a permanent solution.
I have been told to wait indefinitely for parts while my scooter remains unusable.

? What I Expect:

I am sharing my experience publicly because FluidFreeRide has failed to take this safety issue seriously. I am seeking:

A direct response from senior management or Nami.
A permanent fix with the correct brake components.
If a fix cannot be guaranteed, a replacement unit or refund.
I trusted FluidFreeRide for a premium product, but the handling of this issue has been deeply disappointing. I hope this message encourages better accountability and customer service moving forward.

Excellent people to deal with who CARE about their customers. I had ordered 2 scooters and decided to return 1 and replace it with a "heavier duty" model. Adam & Alex walked me through the process and really did the right thing. They really worked with me from start to finish and answered every, and any questions I had. They make things right with their pricing and the service was excellent. I did pay a restocking / return fee but in the end everything balanced out well and I will not be making a $2,000 mistake. I will definitly be using this company for everything related to electric scooters. Thank you again for everything!

FluidFreeRide's return policy is so limited that they basically dont have one even if your scooter has an issue.

FluidFreeRide has the right to set whatever return warranty policy that they want. But with a return policy that is this limited it makes it a very bad place to buy a $1600 scooter. If you buy a scooter from them you would essentially be testing it for them and if there is something wrong you better hope you find it within the first couple of days and even to no fault of your own you still would have to pay the return and restocking fees just to return a defective scooter. After the first 15 miles, you have no option to return a defective scooter and they might still make you pay fees to get it repaired.

FluidFreeRide's return policy states that "if a scooter is used they typically dont accept a return" and if they do a scooter must have less than 15 miles on it and it must be an exceptional case but even then they would charge you a 20% restocking fee.

It was my mistake not reading their return policy more closely. If I had I would have realized that they essentially dont have one unless you dont even use the scooter and return it in its original packaging which you then have to ship back. Shipping an 80lb scooter is not cheap unless you live by one of their 3 locations.
If you do use the scooter you have only 15 miles to find out if there is something wrong with it.

15 miles is not much and could be less than one day of riding for some people. If you do find that your scooter has an issue within the first 15 miles even if they agree to accept the return you will still be charged a 20% restocking fee.

After the first 15 miles even if there is a defect you are pretty much stuck with the scooter and hopefully their 12-month warranty covers the repair of the issue which I dont know how the repair process would work if you dont live by one of their locations in Miami, New York or Los Angeles. Hopefully, you dont have to pay for the shipping cost to get it back to them for the repairs.

This place is the best !!! Marcos and his team are very helpful and informative. The pricing is superb and with the troubles we had with our first scooter they went above and beyond to help us. We traveled all the way from the Florida Keys because this place is that good.

I drove from Georgia to here, just to try out electric scooters, as there aren't many places to try them. I tried out two I was interested in, without calling ahead, but I reccomend calling ahead, just to check the models available. Staff was friendly and helpful, and didn't try to upsale me, I did it to myself. I would come again, if I lived in the area. I'm pretty happy with my purchase.
