Staff are fantastic,so welcoming and friendly, fantastic knowledge and will go above and beyond to help you,also allow dogs (there's a secret phrase for some dog treats ?) brilliant place to shop ? I honestly can't thank the staff enough for how they interact with you as a person rather than trying to sell you everything,they are happy to let you try on what you like and they will give you an honest opinion or suggest a different item while all of the time happy to have a chat and let you make up your mind absolutely no sales pressure they want to get it right for you as a customer first time or if it's the third time,there is plenty of stock for both men and women you can place an order online and collect from store,it is just fantastic knowing that you are in safe hands with all of the staff! Go in and experience it for yourself the team won't let you down!

Brilliant customer service at the Fred Perry shop in Glasgow.

I phoned the shop and talked with
Lochlan/Lachlan he was very friendly and very helpful and very professional holding a Harrington Fred Perry jacket for me. When I went to the shop to pay for it and pick it up I received a very kind and warm reception meeting Lochlan and Louise and Ellie. Their customer focus on me was absolutely amazing.

Thank you very much for your kindness and professionalism. It was a great customer experience for me.
You guys were excellent and went well beyond customer service in the shop. Thank you again.

I was in at the weekend looking for a present for my brothers birthday, they didn't have the stock that I'd seen online, but managed to get a different top, that I'm really pleased with. Staff were lovely, they really know their stuff, and take the time with you, even when you are unsure and indecisive like me. My wife and I were in Glasgow last week to celebrate my 40th birthday and our trip to the Fred Perry store turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit! The store was immaculate and well stocked, and the staff could not have made us feel more welcome. The whole team were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, which all helped to create a fantastic shopping experience. Thanks so much and we'll definitely be back next time we're in Glasgow!
