Writing this review on behalf of my mum who isn't great with technology. We went to Frox back in August she wanted something nice to wear at her Nieces Wedding which was this weekend. The staff were brilliant and amazing with her making her feel at ease and they helped her find the perfect dress. Cannot thank you all enough for your help and assistance, highly recommend your shop and will definitely return. Thank you again Frox ❤️

My mum was in Frox of Falkirk on Saturday past and has found the perfect dress for my sister’s wedding. Diana was so overwhelmingly kind, considerate, encouraging and honest. She couldn’t have had a better experience. We would recommend anyone looking for a special dress to head straight to Frox of Falkirk.

It is my son's wedding in October.
My first attempt at shopping for my outfit had been a very negative experience. So being plus size and self conscious about my size I wasn't looking forward to trying again.
My daughter in law to be kindly suggested I try Frox of Falkirk, having seen them at The Wedding Show in Glasgow.
I phoned and arranged to visit mid week on my own.
And I am so glad I did.....
Josephine was wonderful, so patient and considerate with a wonderful knowledge of all the stock.
Shoes and bags can be dyed to match your outfit
Payment can be spread out, interest free
And alterations can easily be made
I had a lovely experience and left with my outfit plus bag, shoes, hat and a lovely hug from Josephine
It was lovely to meet you all, thank you so much for making my visit on Thursday so enjoyable. Now I can look forward to the wedding knowing my outfit is taken care of!!

Had an amazing appointment. Josephine was an absolute star. Such a lovely lady, she put me at ease and she certainly knows which dresses to pull for you to try on. I have visited the store twice recently for a wedding outfit. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I had a first class experience on both occasions. On my second visit I had my elderly mother in law who has limited mobility. Again the staff worked round her needs and demonstrated patience, kindness and understanding. Excellent staff and wonderful shop.

I had a great experience looking for my MOB dress. Josephine was lovely, kind and worked her socks off pulling dresses, being observant and most importantly listening to me. She pulled a dress for me to try and said it would offer me everything I was looking for. It was the most comfortable dress ever and I felt fab. I needed one thing, my daughters opinion and the manager agreed to let Josephine come in a bit earlier next morning (to accomodate my daughter). Once again greeted with a smile and a large number of hats brought down to try. Nothing was a task for Josephine, she is a wee gem. The whole staff were friendly.
Yes you got it, I said yes to my MOB dress. ?

Josephine is an absolute star! Mum and I went in for an early Friday appointment and I think my mum tried on every dress in the store. Josephine listened to everything mum said and pulled so many styles, fabrics, designers and price ranges for mum to test. She remained calm and level headed throughout every second of the appointment and mum landed on an amazing dress after almost 2 hours of Josephine running about! We cannot recommend frox of Falkirk, and Josephine enough! She even helped mum get all sorted with accessories. Thank you so much for all your help!

I am slightly disappointed. My mother phoned ahead to ask if I needed to make an appointment to be told by the owner no. I walked into the shop to be told I should have made an appointment but will be seen too. I had a very helpful lady. I tried on a couple of dresses. There was one I liked in particular but wasn’t 100%. She told me to look at the price tag. Which annoyed me a lot as I know the price of dresses in a high end dress boutique. She put me off and I left without a dress as she made me feel uncomfortable. Sadly. Lovely shop. I was served by a lovely lady but the older staff looked down on me.
