Amazing products and customer support! I had a bit of trouble with the white toner when it arrived due to an issue with the shipping. Cassandra at Ghost White Toner was super resnponsive from day one and after doing some tests they expedited a new toner. The replacement worked great. And now I have a great solution for printing white with my laser printer, which I have been looking for in a long time. I make decals and labels for my DIY projects (guitar pedals, headstocks, amplifier emblems, graphics for metal plates and other applications) and it works great for this. An easy and partical alternative to screenprinting or more expensive procedures such as UV printing. Thank you Ghost!

I have been very impressed with Ghost White Toner as a product and as a company. Their toner is beautifully opaque and works great on the wide array of paper products that I have used it with. The only issues I have ever had were regarding my actual printer (from a different company) and not with Ghost, however their customer service team has been great at helping me troubleshoot any issues. They give timely and thorough responses and their staff have a genuine interest in being helpful. Shout out to Nico, who helped tremendously through a recent printer failure and went out of their way to recommend new printers and make sure that I got my new toner in time to make a client deadline.
