DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! Washer / Dryers never work. Pool has been closed by Houston Department of Health since summer of 2018. Gates never closes, people can access property, package and belongings are constantly stolen. Over 1/2 the windows do not have screens. Roaches live in the stoves and microwaves, they do nothing about it. Heat does not work in the winter, does not even turn on unless it is 48 degrees outside. AC doesn't work and we were told not to call unless it is 87 inside our apartments. Hot water goes out at every other month for 2 - 3 days at a time. Several of the apartments have mold. Management does send monthly emails to remind you rent is due! I am a current resident and looking into a means to get out of this lease. OH, on move in day Do NOT expect your new home to be clean, they are dirty. These are only a few of the issue there's more once you move in so JUST DON'T.

Not a safe or clean place to live.
Pool has been green and closed off for well over a year.
Laundry facility is dirty. Machines barely work. Your clothes will get ruined.
Garage gates will not close- your cars will be broken into. Vagrants will sleep in your cars and roam the complex.
Management will not respond to your emails or maintenance requests.
Between $800to $1,600 a month, I promise you, you’re wasting your money. Take your business elsewhere.

I currently live here (and I pay rent on time) and there is SO MUCH ROOM for improvement! It’s currently 46F degrees outside and I have asked for heat multiple times. It’s 50F inside my home and I have a 1 year old. There’s always dog feces outside. Maitaince is BACKED UP. If u don’t have a compact car, Parking sucks. I’m not even gonna get started on the layout, same floors outside are the same floors inside of your home. My kitchen sick has been backed up for 4 days (I can’t cook with or clean my dishes) and the maintenance man JUST LEFT. My downstairs bathroom has not been working since I moved in(end of December) The washers in the wash room are filthy with dog hair I’m guessing because of tenants with pets. I get along very well with my neighbors Especially the ones who have children, except my very next door neighbors. I’m harassed/bullied about everything. “There’s a rule around here your kid can’t be outside before noon” which is a bunch of BS. Again the people here are usually quiet all except one set of neighbors. The staff is always changing so it’s almost impossible to get results. I’ve only been here 3 months and I’m ready for my lease to be up!

Roaches paradise... The staff entered our apartment without notice and opened/rifled through all of our belongings. When we confronted management about the incident, she denied that it happened. It's AMAZING, how we have video evidence with faces and time stamps of something that never occurred though.... We got out of there immediately following. Thank God we're in a much better complex now, and very happy here as well.

The number of bad things is too long to post. Look at the other reviews to see what you would be getting into, I have experienced all of their problems. The neighborhood is great, but find a different place to rent.

As a current resident at a CSC property, I would not recommend anyone move into a property run by this management. I have lived here for eight months now and it has been the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment. The property constantly has trash and dog poop all along the sidewalks. There are fountains with standing water inside the property that are "being fixed". They said that when I moved in 8 months ago. The cleanliness and upkeep of the property is clearly not a priority. Same with the washers and dryers. We were told that they would be getting new machines which never happened. I have mold growing on the floor and ceiling. This has been growing since I moved in and even after several maintenance requests, nothing has been done. There are roaches living inside my stovetop due to a hole in the back of the stove that's connected to the wall and cabinets. Again, maintenance request submitted and nothing. The roaches are so bad that I had one crawl out of my purse at work. Residents have had to hire their own pest control because the contracted pest control person stopped coming due to the management company not paying him. There have been several instances where cars have been broken into and nothing has been done. I have come home and noticed that someone tried to get into my apartment and thankfully I locked my doors. This is not a safe place to live. Lastly, there have been five apartment managers and 3 maintenance guys since January of 2019. This management company only cares about taking your money and not putting any back into the properties. The properties are a clear reflection of that.

I'm owner of a cleaning company and this lady Diana Arellanos called me in March 20/2019 to clean 2 apartments in this complex. I did the job and send her the invoices as accorded in March 24/2019 after that she stopped answering the phone. So after two months May 16 I could talk with Mr. Brodie who told me that Diana was not working any more for the complex. So, he asked me to resend the invoices to him and he was going to take care of it, but it was the same thing because since that day he doesn't answer me the emails or phone calls, and every time I call him to the office the lady says that he is not available that she will give him the message but still he never call me back. I would like to know where or to whom I can call or send my invoices to get the payment for my services.

I will post many pictures in future posts.
DO NOT RENT!!!
I have been without AC for basically the entire month of August. 11 consecutive days for the third time. No one, I repeat, NO ONE answers the office phone or email. No one. The only hope is our sweet and helpful new maintenance man, Juan.
You would like to blame management, correct?
We’ve had 5 apartment managers this year.
Current manager, Terrance, along with anyone who is still employed in Houston office (?) does not answer ANY phone calls. None. Don’t worry though, you won’t be bothered with them returning your calls.
Early this year I didn’t have a working toilet for eight days. EIGHT. DAYS. Yet, this was not greeted as any sort of emergency circumstance. I received NO response from management for days. Fast forward to when it was finally replaced: that same broken toilet is sitting in the storage room connected to our laundry facilities. Broken. I’m so traumatized by not having a toilet for so long I have to do my laundry elsewhere.
I will leave another review, many other reviews, for further correspondence and additional neighbor complaints. Which have also been completely ignored by Terrance the manager, and CSC management as a whole.
