I had the all you can eat Mexican Plate. It was good and two plates completely stuffed me. I stopped again Wednesday, Thanksgiving Eve and as usual the food was great.

Feels like you’re walking into a diner where everyone knows your name and every seat is a welcome one. The food is absolutely fantastic, HUGE portions, and very affordable!

This was a nice find. Great little hometown restaurant with a laid back mom and pop feel. The waitress were running like I've never seen. They were all over the place making sure everyone was taken care of and getting what they ordered. The food came out fast considering how busy they were. Had the 2 eggs scrambled, bacon, grits, home fries, and toast. Everything was yummy but the home fries weren't my favorite. Over all this is a wonderful little places that makes you feel like family. We'll definitely be back soon.

First time and was awesome. Service is good, food was served fast and hot, amazing portion of ribs, great salads. The total check was so good, i never though i can get so much food for that great price. I will keep going at least once a week and try other meals.

Catfish was good. Everything else was super unseasoned but shouldn’t have expected too much. Pancakes were also pretty decent.

We were here before but returned to show our visiting son some of our haunts. Had to go back here. Classic diner feel with ample seating and a varied menu.

I got the all you can eat Mexican plate because...you gotta try it once, right. Wife returned to the chicken fried steak. Our son got the Chuck Wagon sandwich.

Chicken fried steak was as perfect as ever. The Chuck Wagon sandwich (on Texas toast was a hit with my son. The Mexican plate (beef and cheese enchiladas covered in Texas chili, a ground beef taco and sides of beans and rice with guac, sour cream salsa !was more than I expected. The chili was impressive, taco was decent, sides were good and enchiladas seemed more like taquitos (but worked well in this format.) I only asked for one refill of the enchiladas and taco with the meal hitting all the right notes.

With a menu this large, you have to make return trips to try a the possibilities. We did and do.

So since the first time I've come last year I've become addicted to the chili. I will come Everytime saying I'm going to try something different, spend about 5 minutes looking at the menu only to order the chili. My boyfriend and I have come on Saturday the day after they do their all you can eat catfish and offer the catfish it's delicious. Good is great. Portion size enough to take home and the prices are amazing please don't change them. Servers are amazing we can walk in and it's like come to a friend's house everyone greets you, and with genuine smiles. ❤️❤️ You're drinks are never empty unless you specify you're good. Best restaurant in Cove if you ask me!
