So happy I came in when I did. I scheduled an appointment to get my makeup done by someone who didn't bother to tell their coworker that I had an appointment. Either way Demetra took great care of me!! She calmed my nerves and made sure I left out look g and feeling beautiful!! I had just rushed over from an event and had another event to go to, I was expected to be in film..lord knows I can't do eheshow or brows to save my life. But she definitely took her time and did everything to perfection. I will definitely be coming back to see only her. Shch an amazing artist and sales woman. She made sure I got out on time, all while running the area and helping others on a busy Saturday afternoon.

OMG! I loved the girl that helped me there! I went to replace all my makeup that was in my bags when my luggage was stolen early this year. She treated me like it was my birthday! She had me try all these cool new products that I would've never laid my eyes on and now I'm in ? w/ that location! I almost didn't want to leave!... but I did after a few hours, feeling like I'm on top of the world!

I had the best experience there today and I wish I got the person's name who was helping me but she was the sweetest person in the world. Took so much time with me and helped me find everything that I needed. I was in go mode and she had all the answers and was just the best ever. Thanks for making this a great experience. I went to the MAC pro store in Ponce Market and had a terrible experience so looking forward to shopping here exclusively! Shopping is supposed to be FUN and it was at this location.

I went to the MAC counter in a rush for a foundation pickup. Instead I had a great experience with the young man who works there. Not only did he match me to a foundation, he helped me find Clinique skincare that would help my makeup application. He was well versed, friendly and honest. I had a great time

I went here and had to wait a long time when I had an appointment because there was only one woman working I know that wasn’t her fault. But what really frustrates me was her lack of knowledge on how to do makeup. I told her I wasn’t particular about any color just make me look nice and she kept asking me what I wanted. If I wanted liner or a gloss or matte or blush. And I’m like ma’am you’re the makeup artist not me. I felt like I was sitting in my high school best friends bedroom playing dress up instead of going to a professional. And at the end of it all she had me looking like a clown with some pink lipstick that was not applied right. She didn’t know what she was doing. I had to wipe it off and do my makeup in the car. I wasted so much time and walked out of there looking like Bozo. Not a good experience

I got my Michael Kors Crossbody bag from here on my birthday and the lady that helped me was amazing. When I found the bag i wanted she went in the back and got me a brand new untouched one.
