I recently visited this store and was impressed with the exceptional customer service! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They took the time to answer my questions and offered valuable advice on my project. While the service wasn't lightning-fast, the personalized attention made up for it. The store was well-organized, and I found

Great place! I feel like this Michaels had better deals and it’s MUCH bigger than the one I’m used to! I shopped for some yarn and wedding stuff during the Lowest Price of the Season sale and there was lots of good stuff! Store was very clean and staff were friendly! Checkout went smoothly!

Very clean place. There's a great selection of craft objects compared to other Michaels I've been to. They have self check out which was helpful during a time with 1-2 cashiers available and a long line. Overall a very good store for all your hobby, art, and decor needs.

So this Michaels is more like a home goods. If your an artist and need specialized supplies maybe go to the other ones. The paint brush section was weak. And the paints are decent but the other Michaels In the area have more. I would come here for seasonal supplies. There was a lot on sale. The store was super dark bad lighting. The cashier was friendly and overall I eventually found what I was looking for.

This place used to be great. My mom went today to buy some little houses to decorate for Christmas. She picked 3 only and was charged 4, before paying she told the lady of Asian background the error, and the lady yelled at her and told her to pay and move along. My mom got scared and paid. Waited for someone else to talked to, and she was refunded quickly since it was clear it was an obvious error. I suspect this lady was probably trying to pocket either some of my mom’s cash or a house for herself. Can’t understand her behavior and will definitely follow through with reaching out to next level. Along with this we won’t be buying anything from there again, and will be letting all of our family and friends to never buy a thing from Michael’s.

Giving 3 stars because this is partially my fault. Beware of this Micheal’s and pick your stuff up on time. I ordered items on April 25, 2024. I forgot about these items & never picked them up. I was looking through my past orders because I ordered something today & noticed that a few items I never picked up says that they were picked up on May 1,2024. I was out of the country on May 1st. I will be calling Micheal’s customer care because one of the employees stole my items & marked that I picked it up instead of doing the ethical thing & refunding me. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!!!!!!!

I love this Store. The attendants were very curteous and respectful. Has lots of crafts for every age kind. Their discounts are good. After I complete my purchase they even helped me to load it in my car. Will go back now often. One request is please try to give coupons that can be applied on entire purchase and not just on one item. Because this makes people to do number of check outs to get coupons applied.

Front desk worker actually walked me to the aisle for the item I was searching for. I appreciated that because I didn't feel like walking the entire store to find it!! Made candy apples!!
