I stopped by New Mode Wig and Beauty to grab some foam rollers to curl my hair.

I got there about 15 minutes before closing, so the store was pretty quiet—I was the only customer. The same clerk was there, and as always, he was kind, helpful, and polite to both me and my kids. The store is on the smaller side, but it's packed with products. While it might not be the easiest to navigate, the staff is always ready to help you find what you need.

I picked up two packs of 3/4" foam rollers, a couple of bottles of clear nail polish (one for me and one for Grandma), and a pack of 1000 little black rubber bands.

I’d definitely recommend New Mode Wig and Beauty. It’s a great spot for all the essentials, and the fact that it’s in a plaza means you can easily run other errands, like grabbing something for dinner or stopping by Dollar Tree!

My mother went to your store today to look for something with Ukrainian colors to show our support and pride to be Ukrainians especially in those hard for Ukraine times. When she found what she was looking for and was about to pay at the checkout, cashier noticed the colors of some staff that she was buying and asked her if she was Ukrainian. After hearing that she in fact is from Ukraine cashier told her that there is no need to pay and expressed his support to our country and people. He said that he been foolowing the news and prays for Ukraine and it's people! We just want to let you know how much it means to us to feel this support from people! God bless him and all people who support Ukraine! Thank you for your kindness and God bless you!

I really like this store. They have any kind of hair products you can think of. Also an off brand of make up, nail polish including any product for nails. There is so much in there, I never leave without buying something, jewelry, wigs, small stock women's clothing, scarves, hats, purses, etc. The list is unending. Stocked very well. Beautiful purses. Prices very reasonable.

I went in to look for a wig but was very disappointed when I was told I couldn’t try it on so I asked how can I judge how it looks on me he told me just buy but if I’m paying 69.99 and up I really need to try it again on. Well his loss I saw three I liked. I won’t purchase from stores that don’t let me try the hair on and have an area for that. On the plus side the store is neat and clean but it’s smaller then most beauty supply stores I’ve been in.

This is the worst place to go for your beauty needs. I really wanted to like this place becauae its close to my home, but my first and last visit was extremely unpleasant. As I walked in there wasn't much of a selection of wigs or products, but as I look for the right items I needed the owner(an asian woman) came over to me and said "you need to hurry up and leave" I was shocked I understood that the store would be closing in 5 minutes but that would have been more than enough time to make my selection.
Needless to say I was offended. So I left whatever I had and got out of there I will never be back. Do yourself a favor and never go here they are rude and dont deserve our money.

I come here a lot because it’s super close to where I live. They don’t have a good selection of hair products. Sally’s is much better, in my opinion. The nail polish selection looks like each individual bottle has been spoiled. You can tell because the polish inside the bottle is separated with oil at the top and when you try and shake it up to even it out, it doesn’t move. 85% of the time I’m here, a lady follows me around the store as if I’m going to steal something. It’d be one thing if she was asking me if I needed help finding something, but she doesn’t. She follows me every isle I go down. It’s so obnoxious, considering the fact that I come in here every 2 weeks and spend atleast $50 each time. Today was my last straw with this place. On Thursdays their store closes at 8pm. I walked in at 7:15pm and asked the gentlemen at the cash register if I could have a basket because my hands were full of items I picked up. Not only did he not direct me to where the baskets were, he rudlely told me, “the store is closing soon. You need to hurry and leave”. Mind you, I had only been in there for 5 minutes at this point and the store wasn’t closing for another 40min. I was shocked at how rude he was. I almost threw my items on the counter and walked out. This place is a joke and has a bad reputation. Their clothing items are cheaply made and super tacky looking, but they charge so much for it. One time when I came in here, the cashier handed me a half-used dried up jar of cheap conditioner and said “here you go, you won this today for spending over $50”. Ummmm okay? How is that even sanitary? I honestly thought it was something from the 90s that they forgot about and found shoved under their bathroom sink. I showed my boyfriend when I got home and he couldn’t stop laughing at how bizarre it was. On a separate, more recent occasion, the same lady who followed me around the store, cashed me out when I was ready. She had the audacity to say that I tried to steal a bottle of nail polish! I even opened my bag up to show her that it wasn’t in there. I was so embarrassed at that point and when she realized that she was wrong, she never apologized. Like girl, you were following me around the ENTIRE TIME, why on earth do you think I’d try and steal a $3 bottle of nail polish when I’m about to spend $70?

Went for a walk with my little dog today and decided to stop at the beauty supply store across the street. I have brought my dog in the store before (maybe one time before) and they were always nice to me. This time there was a different lady there and she said it was ok (just needed to grab something really quick-I was there for all of 5 minutes). She said it was ok (I asked if it was ok before I even closed the door behind me to come in) but then she proceeded to follow me around the beauty supply store and as I was making my way down the aisle of their empty store to the register, she told me to hurry up and leave. I just put down my selection and walked out. I can shop anywhere. I refuse to buy from any businesses that don't respect their customers. I'll keep my dollars for those who know how to act right.

Awesome experience! This was my first wig purchase, Roy was patient and knowledgeable! I really appreciated this because I was I was very nervous and hesitant on purchasing a wig!
