BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Over price.
They look at me as if I was going to steal something.

When shopping, I expect good customer service.

Like to be acknowledged, not ignored.

If I have a question, please answer it nicely, don't be rude.

A retail business should be very careful with the quality of service they give to their customers.

When a negative review is given, take it as a constructive criticism, learn from it.

Yes, I visited 3 other fabric stores today, only one was extremely attentive an avery way, they were helpful, answer all my questions, didn't have a problem when I touch the fabric, etc. etc.

In the future they definitely will get my business.

Remember: the customers is always right.

Wow what can I say about this store... well best shopping experience hands down !!!since I moved to Miami. The young lady in this store the owner is super knowledgeable very friendly has spectacular customer service skills. Speaks both English and Spanish perfectly huge plus here in Miami!! If you go in for the first time and you don't even have to say much she immediately knows exactly what your looking for. She truly knows her work. I will certainly be sending everyone I know here and will definitely go back for any other fabrics I need. Thank you for a great experience!

What can I say about this store and Oti, other than she is amazing. So friendly, welcoming, warm. She is so knowledgeable. I love coming to this store. I own an alterations store and I always send my customers here because I know she will treat them with love and respect.

The women on the counter is extremely racist. I went in with my mother to buy some fabrics and she refused to even talk to us because we were talking in Spanish. She then went on a rant on how immigrant are the worse even tho her parents are Cuban. The product may be good but the workers aren’t.

All kinds of fabrics. Wife says it's a lifesaver with her projects.
She had a small gift which she wanted to present better and bigger. Had the box she needed but didn't have the right fabric for presentation. Found the fabric and bow material quickly at this place and purchased their minimum 1/4 yd. See attached picture of her handy work.

I was looking for specialty fabrics for a past project, and this place had the best fabrics and prices of the many fabric shops I visited! The fabrics are good quality for half the price of major retailers, and the customer service I received was amazing. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions and helped me pick out fabrics. There are a lot of unique fabrics, and they have an especially great selection of appliques. I absolutely plan to shop here again.

This store allows me to really look for great poly cotton fabrics for my projects and events. They have wonderful customer service. Oty and Kathy are always attentive and always suggest really amazing ideas and their fabrics are very affordable compared to other places like hobby lobby and Joann fabrics. A great fabric shop to shop at.
