The store is nice, and some of the deals are good. Lots of name-brand items at a lower price point. I did not enjoy being followed. I turned around several times to see the same male and one female employee pretending to do their job and following me. They only back off once they realize I was with my grandma. Put a real damper on my birthday outing, we did end up purchasing a pair of shoes for my birthday at a nice discount. The worker at the cashier register was very friendly. Instead of profiling me, they should have been trying to stop the groups of white people from stealing. The alarm was going off every 15 minutes.

I won't be back just because the profiling made me feel unsafe, but I will prob check out the deals online. It's hard to beat the deals they have. Hopefully, management will work out the kinks and offer some diversity training or something.

Store is nice and they have a really good selection of shoes. I wanted to purchase a pair of shoes, but there was only one in the box. I asked an employee about this and he kind of sighed and walked away from me. I waited a little while hoping he was getting someone to help me, but no one ever came so I left without purchasing anything. Very strange interaction honestly

There are easily 100 racks dedicated to straight sizes, and only THREE are for plus sizes. I'm not exaggerating. I could barely find them. What's especially frustrating is that several of the straight size brands, like Skims and Madewell, have plus sizes, but they're not even represented in the plus size section and go up to an XL on their main racks. XL - XXL are NOT plus sizes. The average US woman is a size 14+.

As much as I love Nordstrom the management at this store needs work. I went to the pre opening party and opening day and honestly was unimpressed. The staff seemed so so kind and there were many younger workers but that was until I saw managers yelling at these kids for talking to each other!! That’s absolutely unacceptable. Let your employees BOND! I can’t support a store that doesn’t treat their employees kindly.

Good deals, a clean well organized store. I only knew about the Nordstrom Rack in "Rookwood" and was happy to find this location. It seems to have a little bit higher end merchandise.

The worst location ever. Cashier didn’t ask me a phone number when I did a purchase. When I tried to return with no receipt they couldn’t find that transaction and I couldn’t return even for a store credit. They need to train better cashiers for asking phone numbers!
