I can't say enough great things about Pump Station! I've been there twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding. The customer service is simply unmatched. The staff is so friendly, and genuinely caring — it’s clear they really want to help and make sure you're satisfied. I don't receive this level of personalized service anywhere else, and it truly sets buying from a family owned business vs big business apart. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top notch service and a great selection. Thank you, Pump Station, for making every visit a wonderful experience!

A wonderful place to test out strollers in the real world and kind experienced staff to help you. The staff here lets you try pushing strollers around outside! Real world testing! Unlike other baby stores with young inexperienced staff, the staff here are experienced with their own kids

We happened across Pump Station in a time of need. My son had just gotten car sick and puked allllll over his car seat on our way to grab lunch with some friends that live nearby. There was no way we were going to be able to put him back in that seat, for any length of time, without a full detail first. Luckily Pump Station was right around the corner from where we had parked. The ladies at the store were so nice, and they even had the exact same car seat in stock! We had already been discussing getting a second seat for our other car, and this was definitely a good reason to “pull the trigger!” We were able to buy a new seat and drive over to our friends house and clean our soiled seat, and let it dry while we finally got some much needed time to relax. We will never forget the kindness they showed us at Pump Station, and will definitely be back to shop some of the cute clothes and toys they carry as well! Here is a photo of our toddler in his brand new seat, he immediately fell asleep not even five minutes after we put him in it (what can I say, he’d had QUITE the morning) ?

Incredible baby store! They had an amazing selection of strollers and car seats. We had so much trouble trying to select a stroller online so we decided to come here and check them out in person. Adam was super knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us going over all the car seat options on the Nuna stroller and showing us all the features of the stroller. My boyfriend and I are going to be first time parents and we had a lot of questions. Adam was very patient and took the time to show us every feature of the Nuna Mixx Next stroller. The customer service at this store is leaps and bounds ahead of another baby store right down the street. Once you purchase a stroller or car seat from this store they show you how to set up your new product and install in your vehicle. Great people and great products!

I met with a lactation consultant here today because I've been experiencing a lot of pain while breastfeeding. It's not cheap, but so worthwhile if you're in need of caring, compassionate, knowledgeable support. I had a great experience with my first child at the Hollywood location too. Highly recommend the lactation consultants at The Pump Station! Their store is also full of very useful stuff for babies and their mamas. I truly feel nurtured after my visit today.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to take two Baby Care 101 classes thru Pump Station. It was an amazing experience and really put us at ease with welcoming our soon approaching child. The class was diverse, very new parent friendly, and allowed us to feel comfortable with the fact that we did not know everything. We had the opportunity to interact with other expecting parents and our instructor Corky was fantastic placing a empahsis on all of us participating. Which is vitally important as participation is a main factor on becoming great parents and doing the best for your child. I learned quite a bit from the experience, I'm not afraid to say prior to the classes I was not at all prepared for what to expect from the day-to-day of raising a child. This was a opportunity for my wife and I to get a more educated glimpse of what to expect, what not to expect, and how to approach multiple facets of earlier parenthood. I want to thank Corky for being very direct and fun to engage with throughout both classes, she definitely knows all that there is when it comes to child bearing. Additionally, I want to thank Pump Station for the very straightforward and easy sign up process and the efficient way the class was run. I was hesistant on the virtual approach but they made us feel just like we would as if we were physically in the class. We will be taking more classes as we navigate this adventure of being new parents. There is so so much to learn and its a neverending process, we will choose to continue our growth with that process with Pump Station. Thank you!
