Don’t know how the food is because I didn’t receive my order. Used the TB app to order breakfast. Paid with card then drove to store on way to work. At window was informed “we don’t serve breakfast here anymore” and I had to cancel the order myself, strange since every other place can cancel the order from the store side. Also told it was “not our fault” by staff. This branch served breakfast a month ago but hasn’t updated their menu on the app. App didn’t allow me to cancel the order so now stuck waiting on TB corporate to refund my order. What TB restaurant opens at 9am but doesn’t serve breakfast This is a huge miss for this location, with thousands of military base employees right across the street, to not serve breakfast is just losing money on the franchise’s part.

Service is always prompt at this location, hardly ever is there a line not taken care of. Even during lunch hour rush, the drive thru is moving quickly enough. Food is on par for what you'd expect going to taco bell. I typically use the app when ordering from this location and never have to worry about whether or not my order is correct, they're astute and observant to the requests on every order.

0 stars I got in the drive thru before close and waited for the 2 cars in front of me to order, by the time it got to me it hit 2, I waited 6 more minutes before realizing the person greeting me was a recoding so I pulled up to window in which they tried to not acknowledge me and say they were closed…… this was Friday January 10th at 2 am. I was in line waiting before close and that is b.s. and not cool.

It seems as though every time we go through the drive-thru during lunch during the week the same girl is at the drive-thru she is a Spanish speaking girl she doesn't speak very good English but she screws up our order every single time in some way shape or form today she did it again So now I'm making a review we're not going to go back to Taco Bell until they get rid of this girl

Claudia was extremely rude even when I was very polite to her. I paid for a large drink and asked for extra mild sauce. She handed me a medium so I asked to get the large that I paid for. She then proceeded to take the medium drink, pour it into a large cup and added ice until it was filled. The drink was not even 75% full and the straw would not go in due to the amount of ice. I also only received a single packet of mild sauce. It seemed intentional and only having a single packet of sauce was icing on the cake. DO NOT go here unless you want terrible service.

Ordered online for the luxe boxes and apparently the crew tonight on 9/27 felt the need to put 50% effort? The whole order was just thrown in a bag, none of the specialty tacos were made right and no sauce. Lazy bastards

Impossible to get any reward points in the Taco Bell app because the receipts always print with missing information. Every time. Like every time. Can't let management know, since store number is not printed well on receipt.

Tried to get another receipt today for my purchase and you can't read it and when you ask for management to give you a printed one they can't give you one that's better printed stating that Taco Bell is not allowing them to replace their new receipt printer that doesn't print things well. Maybe they need to be treated on how to clean them with alcohol wipes?
