Why does this company keep calling me with their telemarketer? I've told them many times that I do not want their services and that I am on the do not call list but they continue to call.

Tex-Cote is a very innovative product and uses Kynar technology. This company brings southern cal product availability at reasonable rates of products that are otherwise very hard to get and extremely expensive...don't misjudge them if you've had a bad experience with unreliable applicators, as they are independent of the company itself. I was invited to tour their plant in 1994 due to my untarnished license record (American Painting in San Diego) and their interest in having me apply their products. They go the extra mile to try to ensure that their products are properly applied once they leave the plant, but the applicators are individual contractors, so there's only so much, as a manufacturer that they can do. Just be sure and vett your contractor carefully and they their properly applied products WILL hold-up over time...

It's difficult the find the place you pick the paint up at, and they close earlier than their Google maps initially said, so I drove 2 hours (4 hrs, round trip) to pick up paint for no reason because they were close when I arrived at 4:45pm, but their Google maps said they closed at 5pm. Also their online ordering on the website should have an option to make your order a pickup order since the shipping is a little high, that way it's a little easier to order that way (because most people would not ever figure out that they can actually order pickup with their current system...

Fresh from a bad estimate experience. I've known about Flexon and wanted to do a bit of a cost analysis of repeatedly repainting versus using this superior product. After getting the details I wanted to know down, I asked the initial representative to skip the sales pitch so that I could compare and decide (polite, cool, thorough young man from Long Beach). He obliged, called his Customer Service Manager, and began measurements. This CSM arrived, began a line of pathos rhetoric mixed in with belittling commentary, and left saying that his company "was #1 and large enough that it could be selective with whom they serviced, and could afford to lose some business."

My wife was confused because we were already sold on the product and service until we were essentially unsold. Um, okay? The initial young man left apologetically looking equally confused, but any company that uses such force and hubris to sell (or unsell in my case) products/services is not a company I am interested in dealing with.

I just wanted to plan this paint project, but I'll now have time to shop around as Flexon products appear to be widely available. Fortunately, the #1 TexCote can so selectively afford to lose business!

Actually it is less than 1 star it is -1 star this company are a bunch of lieing croops they sell you the product tell you it has a lifetime guarantee but they lie lie lie. They just hope that you die before the product does.Product is cracking and peeling, fading. The company that did the work Caltech from Fresno has gone out of business and so of course Texcote blames them for the problem and refuses to take care of it .They strung me along and told me they would supply the product but wouldn't pay for labor now it turns out that they aren't even doing that they want to prorate a product that has a supposed "lifetime"guarantee .Texcote as well all the contractors that do the work are all crooks Best Value Home Remodeling as well.
