Back in April, 2017 I ordered a dozen towels from Diane Genovese at United Textile Supply. However, I received the wrong towels. When I contacted Diane she told me to keep the towels (which I donated to our local homeless shelter) and that she would have the correct towels sent to me at no further charge. Today those towels arrived and not only were they exactly what I ordered but they sent 30 towels. When i contacted Diane she told me to keep and enjoy the extra towels. Diane is true professional and I just wanted to applaud her honesty and integrity.

I own a small embroidery business and I’ve been ordering fingertip towels from United Textile Supply for about a year. The towels I receive are far superior to the towels I’ve bought elsewhere. Like other posts, I do wish they would give an estimate of shipping cost upon checkout, but I have found the shipping to be reasonable.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order and it gave me a subtotal and total that were both $159, however, when I reviewed my bank statement, the total was $191. I called to ask why this charge was higher and he told me it was shipping but no where in my whole transaction or even email confirmation of my order did it say I would be paying anything more than $159 as my total price. I explained I would like a refund and the owner hung up on me. I called back to ask for a confirmation and he ignored my call and sent me to voicemail. Very bad business.

I wish I could give 0 Stars!!!!! My order was supposed to be $57 and my bank was charged $80!!!! Horrible customer service too! When I called to ask as to why I was charged above the order amount, Patrick (the owner) said , "Well, ya see. There's shipping ya see. I had to ship it from Colorado." I told him I was well aware of shipping costs and that it shouldn't have cost that much. To make matters worse, I just received the product and it is AWFUL! Pillow cases all have marks on them and are the worst material. Don't even get me started on the towels. Not even worth my time and money to return. Guess I'll be donating. BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is very horrible customer service, the seller is unprofessional talking when customers talk to him. Also when you order the item price & after it was a different price charge on your bank statement. I’m not coming back to order anything at all from this company
