One of my favorite stores! Great customer service, impressive selection of fabrics (home decor and apparel) and notions. It’s kind of a treasure hunt—you never know what you’ll find, which is a lot of fun.

Additionally, they have been very polite and accommodating with my service dog. Of the two times he had an “accident” in public, once was here (he threw up a little bit on the concrete floor). They offered to clean it up, but I refused and cleaned up myself; they kindly provided me with paper towels and cleaning solution. It meant a lot to me that they were very understanding.

This store does not cut samples if the fabric cost is more than $20/ yard so go to other stores to save your time because they're willing do and happy to do business with.

Love this store, however, they need to change their store hours. Says they close at 5:30PM on here. I made my way there from Arlington, arrived at 5:10PM only to be told rudely they close at 5:15PM and the people already left. Not sure if I'll be returning after this. And yes, I knew exactly what I came for so I would of been in and out.

I hesitated coming here because I read so many reviews saying everyone was rude here. But I gave it a shot and had a great experience! Everyone was really nice and helpful. Now, there were some rude customers. “Hey! Hey! Come over here and cut this.” I’m sorry, if you’re going to talk to someone like that you deserve some of your own back. But the lady was nice back and didn’t give the rude person any attitude. I was pretty happy with the service and selection. I wish they had more flannel and calico, but for apparel sewing there were tons of options. Tons of notions, too. Great prices. Will be frequenting in the future!

? To be honest, no place in the DFW area can beat the price of this Warehouse Fabric. I bought a good-quality cotton fabric for $3 per yard. I usually prefer to purchase fabrics for a high price on Amazon's DIY section, but this place blew my mind. ?

? I thought it would not be well organized just like a factory because it was marked as a “warehouse”. But it was clean and well organized. Also, their staffs are really fantastic and very helpful. One of our staff, her name was Mary. If you want the fabric, you have to call the assistance and tell them to cut the fabric. And Mary knew exactly what I wanted get and her knowledge was very professional.❣️

? Only thing Ehh was about limited design. And end up purchased little amount of fabric but I hope that they bring more fabulous design in the future. - this is my little hope! ?

This location has a huge… And I do mean huge selection of fabrics. The prices are extremely affordable and anybody from taylors, do it yourselfers or cosplayers will find almost everything they need at this location and stay within a nice budget. They also have a very large selection of fabric remnants towards the back of the store. I do recommend checking that out, if you make the stop here. It is definitely worth your time to peruse their selection.
